At Printer Refills, we like to keep thing simple! If you would like to return your product for any reason, please call 1300 843 721 and speak to one of our friendly staff to obtain a Return Authority prior to returning your goods.
We will exchange or refund faulty, damaged (through no fault of your own) or items received that do not match your order, if you notify us within 30 days. We require that you provide us with your original receipt or email confirmation. Returned cartridges must be in their original packaging. Faulty cartridges must be a minimum of 75% full to obtain a refund or exchange. If the cartridge has been refilled or tampered with in any way, a refund will not be given.
Printer Refills will send your replacement out free of charge. Replacement cartridges supplied will be identical to the ones ordered. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges associated with the cartridge return and ensure it is sealed and packaged to minimise any potential damage or loss in transit.
Once we have received your cartridges, we will evaluate it/them and advise you of the result within 7 days. Your refund will usually be processed within this time to the same method of payment.
Wrong Selection or Change of Mind
We will happily refund or exchange your cartridges if you change your mind or have made the wrong selection. You need to notify us within 30 days by phone or email and provide us with your original receipt or email confirmation. The cartridge must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges associated with the cartridge return and ensure it is sealed and packaged to minimise any potential damage in transit.
Your refund will usually be processed within 7 days.
